This Wholesale Agreement ("Agreement") is made between You/your Company and Honeychurch Home, upon execution and delivery by Honeychurch Home.
GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION
To qualify for wholesale purchases as a stocking dealer, you must be a valid retail business with a physical storefront and/or an online web shop, or a professional design business. You must submit a copy of your resale exemption certificate (first orders only). By registering for an account and/or placing an order with Honeychurch Home, you agree to the terms and conditions. By placing a stocking dealer order with Honeychurch Home and providing the resale exemption certificate, you are representing that you are the owner, agent, or representative of a currently valid retail business, and that the transaction being made is a wholesale, tax-exempt purchase for resale and not for personal use.
To qualify for purchases as a non-stocking dealer (designer pricing), you must submit a copy of your tax ID certificate (first orders only). By registering for an account, you agree to the terms and conditions. By placing a non-stocking dealer order with Honeychurch Home and providing a valid tax ID, you are representing that you are the owner, agent, or representative of a valid design, service, consulting, hospitality, or project-based business procuring items for clients or projects not to be resold or used personally.
PRODUCT TOLERANCE
All Honeychurch products, whether newly made or found/vintage/antique, are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans from reclaimed wood, sustainably sourced wood, recycled glass, clay, metal and other repurposed materials. As a result, the dimensions provided on our website, and catalog are approximate and may not be exact; therefore, the item you receive will be similar but not exactly the same as the item you see at the market or online. These creations embrace the concept of perfect imperfections, and these unique traits are not only celebrated but also desired in our products. Please note that all sales are final.
PAYMENTS
Payment for all orders must be made using a credit card. When placing orders through our website, the full payment is charged immediately upon order placement. For orders processed through our sales team, the credit card may be charged up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled shipping date.
By providing your credit card number and expiration date at the time of order, whether online, during tradeshows or through a sales representative, you are granting Honeychurch Home an irrevocable authorization to charge your credit card for the complete purchase price, including any applicable freight charges, at least two (2) weeks prior to the shipment date. Please be aware that once an order has been packed and/or shipped, it becomes non-modifiable and non-cancellable.
Should you wish to request any changes, whether related to the order itself, shipping dates, or any other aspect, you must do so in writing by email to hello@honeychurchhome.com. We want to emphasize that we cannot guarantee our ability to accommodate such requests once the order has been submitted and processed. Please note that once your credit card has been charged, all sales are considered final.
SHIPPING
We ship UPS Ground, unless freight shipment is needed, then we price out the best option. Shipping is a flat rate of 18%. This rate is not guaranteed and can change due to market fluctuations.
RETURNS
Honeychurch Home inspects all of its' merchandise before shipping. We ship first-quality merchandise and doe not accept returns for any reason. Any special circumstance for return requests must be approved in writing in advance by Honeychurch Home and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). RMA’s are valid for 10 days upon issuing, and products must be returned within that timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of a refund.
If first-quality product is returned to Honeychurch Home, a 30% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund. Any product returned to Honeychurch Home must be unused, unopened, and packed in the original cartons utilizing all original packing materials and boxes. Failure to return first-quality product in the original box can result in the denial of refund.
Any product received back in damaged condition due to ineffective packaging or due to carrier fault is not the responsibility of Honeychurch home and will not be eligible for a refund. Honeychurch Home is not responsible for any lost returns.
Outbound and inbound shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sale items may not be returned. Items picked up from our warehouse are unable to be returned. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.
